Today has been a blank. Not sure what happened. A bit of work?
Oh of course. I had my first meeting with a new client, based in Belize so quite far away. It will be interesting to see how it goes – I quite liked the people I’ll be working with. The company’s owner was one of those firm-faced unsmiling women, but broke out into a guarded smile now and then. The work itself turned out to be very different from my discussions some weeks ago, and also the time is extremely limited, so we’ll have to see what actually is possible.
We also made and finalised our plans for escape and a return to some limited travelling. Let’s see how it goes, it all feels quite unlikely again, now that I’m out of the habit of travelling around.
